About NONEX Systems Ltd
The NONEX Systems Ltd company aim is to supply the UK quarrying/construction/demolition industry with consistent and reliable products and service.
All our products are designed, built and tested on our purpose built site in Lincolnshire, raw materials and components are bought in and all construction and assembly is carried out in our factory to the highest quality control standards by a professional and conscientious workforce. NONEX Systems Ltd do not import or distribute foreign capsules or include any foreign sub-assemblies such as igniter’s in their products. This means we have total control at all times of our products, and for this reason we can guarantee they will function as intended, every shot.
We also pride ourselves on our customer service and delivery deadlines and we are prepared to always go ‘that extra mile’ to satisfy our clients demands.
Site History. WWII & The Cold War
The site’s history goes back to 1943 as RAF Faldingworth which based the No 300 Polish Wellington / Lancaster bomber Sqn. Then later No 305 Sqn. of Mosquitoes. In 1957 the site was one of only two that housed nuclear weapons for the RAF ‘V’ Bomber force during the cold war. Click here for more site history. In 1972 the site was purchased for private use and is still in private ownership to present day.
NONEX Systems Ltd Factory
In 2013 substantial investment was put into constructing a bespoke manufacturing facility for the production of the RockJack® PBC range and also other explosive related products for the defence sector. Based in Lincolnshire since 2004 on a 1003 acre secure top tier explosive manufacturing, storage, testing and transportation dedicated site. The NONEX Systems Ltd factory operates under its own HSE License to Manufacture (and Store) Explosives ref No XI/4111/2136 /1.
